Marco Antonio MuÃÆ'à ± iz (born September 16, 1968), known professionally as Marc Anthony, is an American singer, actor, record producer and television producer. Anthony is also a top selling tropical salsa artist of all time. Two Grammy Awards and five Grammy Award Latin winners have sold over 12 million albums worldwide. He is famous for his numbers and his Latin salsa ballads. Anthony has won many awards and his achievements have been honored through numerous recognitions. He is the recipient of the 2009 Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) award. She also received the "Lifetime Achievement Award 2009 CHCI Chair" on September 16, 2009. She holds the Guinness World Record for best-selling tropical/salsa artist and album number one at the Billboard Tropical Album chart of the year-end.
