Perri re-recorded the song with vocals from Steve Kazee to The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack titled A Thousand Years, Pt. 2 .

It features several clips from the film interspersed between scenes with Perri singing in a room with a full floor of candles. The video may include voices from Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson who say they love each other while in marriage and also they can be heard in the background before the bridge. He ended the video singing to the sunset.
