Adam Saul Pally (born March 18, 1982) is an American actor, comedian and writer, best known for starring as Max Blum in the comedy ABC Happy Endings and as Dr. Peter Prentice at The Mindy Project . She recently starred in FOX Making History comedy. Pally is also the executive producer of The President Show .

Early life and education
Pally was born in New York City, to Dr. Steven Pally, an osteopathic internist with his own medical office, and Caryn Pally, who manages the practice at Florham Park, New Jersey. He grew up Jewish. She grew up in New York City, Chicago, and New Jersey, and has two sisters, Erica and Risa.
In 2004, Pally graduated from The New School University in New York City. He has been improvising and sketching comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (UCBT) in New York since 2002 and continues to perform at shows like "Death by Roo Roo" and "ASSSSCAT 3000" at the Los Angeles division theater. He is a member of the comedy sketch group "Chubby Skinny Kids" with comedians Dan Gregor and Doug Mand. Pally is also part of the "Hot Sauce" group with Gil Ozeri and Ben Schwartz; the group continues to perform long-term improvisations at UCBT occasionally.

Pally is a regular contributor to Funny or Die's humorist site, where she is best known for her Riding Shotgun series with Adam Pally, where she interviews celebrities in her car. In 2009, he created for UCB Comedy a parody of the internet phenomenon "David After Dentist"; his name is called "David After Divorce," and he speaks almost exactly the same as David, though for a different question. It has received about 5 million clicks on YouTube.
In 2011, Pally co-starred in The Realest Real Housewives comedy stage, made by Casey Wilson's "Happy Endings" teammates.

Pally lives in Los Angeles. He married Daniella Anne Pally (nÃÆ' à © e Liben) on July 3, 2008; the couple has three children, a son of Cole (b. 2012), daughter of GG (Georgia Grace) (b. 2013), and another son, Drake (b.2077)
